It was an absolute joy to photograph Cristina and Marco’s wedding at the stunning Villa La Saracena in Santa Marinella, just outside of Rome. This architectural gem by the sea, with its iconic white walls and Mediterranean charm, provided the perfect backdrop for a day full of elegance, emotion, and effortless style.
Cristina and Marco were the sweetest pair. A little shy, incredibly kind, and completely smitten with one another. There was something so genuine and tender about the way they looked at each other. Their quiet moments were just as touching as their smiles and laughter throughout the day.
The guests were a fabulous bunch. Stylish, lively, and ready to celebrate. From warm hugs and laughter at the seaside ceremony to cocktails and conversations under the golden light, their energy filled the villa from start to finish. The mood was light and joyful, with just the right dose of glamour that made the whole event feel effortlessly chic.
The ceremony took place on a stone terrace overlooking the sea, with soft waves and giant paper flowers swaying in the breeze. The setting sun bathed everything in warm light as Cristina walked down the aisle. It was the kind of glow you only get once in a lifetime.
Dinner was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed but elegant. Every little detail was thoughtfully curated, from the floral arrangements to the glass chairs and lanterns. It all came together beautifully. As the sun dipped into the horizon, the villa lit up with soft golden tones that made the evening feel cinematic.
A live band got the party started with amazing energy, and later, the DJ kept everyone dancing well into the night. The music, the lights, the laughter—everything flowed naturally. A sparkler moment lit up the night in the most magical way.
